Our Coaching Approach
Effective coaching goes beyond conversation. It creates measurable change.
We begin by understanding the leader's objectives, organizational priorities, strengths, and development opportunities. Together, we establish clear goals and a practical action plan focused on achieving meaningful results.
Often the leader wants us to conduct a 360 evaluation, gathering observations from peers, direct reports and others so the leader knows what kind of improvement will make the biggest difference. We can also do assessments on communications preferences, emotional intelligence, motivators and soft skills
Our approach is confidential, collaborative, and focused on producing measurable outcomes.

“She has an exceptional ability to understand both the strategic needs of an organization and the human dynamics that shape how a team actually functions.”
Laura Fischer, Esq., Founder and Principal, Fischer Harbage and Associates
“her coaching has helped me strengthen my strategic approach to leadership, enhance my confidence in decision-making, and refine my management and communication style as a senior leader within New York City government.”
Malikah M. Constantine, MS, CRC, Assistant Deputy Commissioner Services, NYC Human Resources Administration
“helped me strengthen my communication, delegation, and expectations around employee performance, while also helping me think more clearly about culture and leadership presence.”
Laura Fischer, Esq., Founder and Principal, Fischer Harbage and Associates
"Being part of a rapidly growing startup environment creates many opportunities as well as challenges. As I’ve taken on new roles along our growth curve, Jeri has helped at each stage by coaching me in a variety of ways. She’s helped in letting go of past duties, transferring those activities to direct reports, and carving out new responsibilities in my new roles.
Since the dynamics and responsibilities of operating at higher levels of an organization differ to such a degree as compared to lower levels, receiving advice on obstacles and opportunities involving people, politics, and other challenges has greatly helped frame the right conversations at the right times. Jeri’s non-biased point of view on difficult situations provides a fresh angle to obstacles and opportunities that may have otherwise gone missing."
