Make your workflows more efficient, take out the steps that don’t provide value, update the steps with newer procedures. Focus on what brings value to the customer and get rid of the unnecessary cost and time. You can easily measure the time and expense saved and this creates a big win for any changes you’re trying to make in the organization. Our courses take you from the beginning of process mapping, to the white/yellow belt level of introduction to Lean Six Sigma. Then the user progresses to the Green belt. At this level the user does projects to measure and realign the processes for each procedure. The Black Belt level is also available for those who want to gain the higher level of expertise.

Project Management
Participants in project management classes learn the basics and then the advanced levels. They learn how to set up plans, determine milestones and deadlines, utilize resources such as materials and staffing to accomplish small goals that roll up into large goals to accomplish the project. Participants can choose if they just want to master the skills or sit for either a CAPM exam or the Project Management Professional exam which involves a lot more prep and experience.
