What’s most important to Jayne is authenticity and results. Communication is not about changing who someone is — it’s about empowering them to be understood, respected, and heard. She cares deeply about creating a safe, supportive environment where people can grow, stretch, and develop skills that truly move their careers forward. Above all, she believes communication excellence should translate into real-world outcomes: confidence, credibility, and advancement.

What Motivates Me

Jayne is motivated by transformation. Seeing someone gain confidence, speak up with authority, and finally be recognized for their talent and intelligence is incredibly rewarding. Jayne is especially driven to help individuals remove communication barriers that hold them back from promotions, influence, and leadership opportunities. Her greatest joy is when a client emails her to share their success as a result of the training she has provided.

    Global Engineering firm- worked extensively with their engineers to build their clarity and impact when speaking and presenting. 
  • Gilead
    An international biotech company- worked with individuals on their team on both accent modification and public speaking.
  • FanDuel
    Worked with executives on modifying accents for transformative communication
  • Ambassadors of foreign countries
    Worked with two ambassadors on building power, purpose and impact to their communication giving them the confidence to speak and present on the global stage
  • National sports team
    Worked with the owner (as well as their entire executive team) on building executive presence and confidence when presenting to the team and the media. The owner was very uncomfortable in front of a camera. Once the training started, he realized how important it was for his entire executive team.
  • Major NYC medical center
    Worked with the CEO who immediately hired her for his entire C-Suite to build their public speaking, executive presence and impact when presenting globally. 
  • Hitachi Americas
    Working with the Chairman to prepare him for presentations on the global stage

Government Experience

  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)

    Worked with an executive to strengthen clarity due to English being his second language. As his career progressed and he set his sights on a Director-level role, the work expanded to include advanced public speaking and interview preparation. He credits this work as a key factor in successfully securing the position.

    Since 2019, New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), facilitated training workshops for employees of New York City through an open enrollment catalog and for specific NYC agencies who have specifically requested her course, including:

    • The Department of Education

    The course that has become her specialty is “Communicate with Power, Purpose and Impact!”, available as a virtual as well as in-person learning experience.
