Jeri Quinn is an executive coach, founder of Driving Improved Results, a serial entrepreneur, author, and speaker with over 45 years of experience in professional development and organizational change management.

What I Focus On

As founder of Driving Improved Results, Jeri leads the team, matches the right practitioner to each client's needs, and takes full responsibility for engagement success. As an executive coach, she focuses on helping leaders grow beyond self-limiting beliefs and blind spots — including culture, delegation, team building, difficult decisions, and performance management.

What's Important to Me

What matters most is that leaders and teams make real progress toward their goals — gaining crystal clarity on their values and north star, making choices that align with those values, and growing beyond what they thought possible. The result: confidence, integrity, ownership, and skyrocketing performance — and empowering others to do the same.

What Motivates Me

When Jeri examined her life and career, she recognized a single thread: empowering others. From her early teaching and therapist careers through all her businesses, she has helped people expand their potential. Empowering others so they in turn empower more people — that's how the world gets better.
