Patrick Conlon, Master Black Belt, and agile lean transformational leadership specialist, assists companies to achieve positive results by providing pathways to a culture of engaged employees and to process improvement through Agile Lean Six Sigma training and implementation. For the last 35 years he has been leading organizational transformations using Lean Six Sigma methods that improve efficiency, eliminate costs, decrease defects, and optimize operations.

What I Focus On

Patrick coaches and educates leaders during their organizational transformation. Patrick has worked with an array of government agencies, companies and entrepreneurs to coach and assist in their transformation and implementation of Agile Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement and project management. He is an expert in facilitating kaizen events and Agile Lean Six Sigma transformations, working with management and staff at all levels of an organization. Patrick has facilitated the development of strategic and business plans, implemented mechanisms to improve cycle time and internal communications.

    Management Consultant and Coach assisting leaders to revive, struggling divisions improving customer satisfaction that became turnaround success story.

    Led them through the complete strategic cycle, developing strategies and tactical plans that led to significant increase in membership in new markets (number of locations increased by 40%).

    Coached executive team through their Strategic Planning process and implementation of their strategic initiatives.

    Coached owner through implementation of agile lean initiatives such as SMED, 5S, daily huddles and visual management.

    Provided Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and guided some of their project work: One such project reduced license approval time by 60%. 

  • New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS)

    Since 2021, facilitated training for employees of New York City through an open enrollment catalog and for specific NYC agencies who have specifically requested his courses, including:
