Paula is a Brain Coach, and the creator of the Radical Rapid Results™ Method, that includes Brain Upgrade® and Brain Hacks for Productivity; for Solving Emotional Problems (Rapid Resolution System™); for an Accelerated Growth Mindset; for Executive Communication and Solving Conflicts. These methodologies incorporate emotional Intelligence and brain-optimizing techniques to greatly accelerate results.

What I Focus On

After over 25 years of studying neuroscience, the mind/body connection and most of the mainstream self-help methods, Paula has concluded that all the mainstream methods have a missing piece: engaging the body. Therefore, she focuses on giving people practical tools that help them solve their problems faster and more effectively by using different mind/body techniques.

What's Important to Me

What is important to Paula is to empower people to solve their own problems by using the tools she teaches. Paula aims to restore people’s agency over their lives and become experts on their own physical and mental health. She is fulfilled when she gets feedback such as: “This is life-changing”; “Everybody should do this program”; “I see a new way out of getting stuck in my job”

What Motivates Me

Paula is passionate about eliminating unnecessary pain and suffering and unleashing people’s inner wisdom and joy. She is also passionate about creating workplaces where employees thrive because they feel valued and respected and where both C-Suite and individuals at all levels make decisions guided not only by profit and efficiency but also by considering the needs of all stakeholders.

Corporate Experience

  • The Executive Director of an international non-profit gained confidence and delivered major results.
  • An investment fund owner developed personal self-assertion to raise more capital than anticipated and led his team to work more independently.
  • The broker of an international real estate company eliminated mental blocks and became able to find her niche and direction.
  • A partner in an international law firm overcame his risk aversion and resistance to change and made career-enhancing choices
  • A female construction company CEO developed confidence, became a better negotiator who no longer let men intimidate her as they bid for competing contracts.
  • A lawyer in a tech firm was able to overcome the conditioning she inherited from her family and develop the boldness she needed to be recognized as a leader, retain her position during a corporate buy-out and do the training she really wanted to do.

  • Since 2019 New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), facilitated training workshops for employees of New York City through an open enrollment catalog and for specific NYC agencies who have specifically requested her courses, including:
