How We Helped

As an external consultant, I worked with one of the teams to structure and complete the project that handled a particular issue.

I acted as project manager, making assignments every few days, following a structured approach to plan scope, and scheduling and carrying out the tasks in that scope.

Results Achieved

  • Our team’s project reached a successful conclusion while none of the others made progress.
  • The organization really bought into the value of using a structured project management approach after that.
  • They were able to apply that approach to the other projects.
